EXECUTIVE BOARD

Executive Board

The members of the Executive Board, with the exception of the President and the Chief Executive, are elected from among the representatives of the Full Members and hold office for three financial years.

Upon expiry of their term of office, the outgoing members of the Executive Board are eligible for re-election for one consecutive term.

The Board of Directors is vested with the widest powers for the ordinary and extraordinary management of the Association, excluding those within the competence of the Assembly, and adopts all necessary and appropriate measures for the pursuit of the Association's purposes, in accordance with directives established by the Assembly (Article 10 of the AIFI Statutes).
