AIFI is the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Debt, established to develop, coordinate, and represent, at the institutional level, the entities active in the Italian market.
The Studies and Research Office collects, analyzes, and processes data and statistics on the Italian private equity, venture capital, and private debt market, following a methodology shared at the European level and conducting specific analyses on topics relevant to the market.
The Tax & Legal and Institutional Affairs Office engages in discussions with institutions, supervisory bodies, and associates on regulations and relevant legal frameworks for the alternative investment sector at both the Italian and international levels.
