Innocenzo Cipolletta - AIFI Chairman

Innocenzo Cipolletta is Cavaliere di Gran Croce (Knight Grand Cross), President of University of Trento, Senior Advisor of UBS Italy Branch, President of UBS Fiduciaria, Chairman of AIFI, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento and Assonime; he is Vice-President of FeBAF and member of the Board of Directors of Lunelli S.p.A.. He is Commissioner of Palaexpo and is member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Censis and Fondazione Lars Magnus Ericsson. Innocenzo Cipolletta is member of several scientific committees, including “Economia Italiana”, “Rivista di Politica Economica”, “Centro Europa Ricerche (CER)” and “Symbola”. He is also Chairman of Associazione Economia della Cultura. Previously he was President of Ferrovie dello Stato (Italian State Railways), Il Sole 24 Ore, Corporate Finance Italia, Marzotto S.p.A. and Chief Executive of Confindustria. He held management positions in OCSE (OECD: Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and ISCO (Italian National Institute for the Study of the Economic Situation). He was Professor of Statistics at University of Rome - La Sapienza, at LUISS – Guido Carli in Roma, at Cesare Alfieri in Florence and at Università di Reggio Calabria. Furthermore, he was newspapers publicist and economics commentator and wrote various scientific papers and books.

Anna Gervasoni - AIFI Chief Executive

Anna Gervasoni is Full Professor of Business Management at LIUC Università Cattaneo, where she is a member of the Academic Council, she heads Master in Merchant Banking and Private Capital, she chaired the Scientific Committee of Private Equity Monitor - PEM® and Venture Capital Monitor - VEM® and she is Director of the Center of Finance for Development and Innovation. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Register of Auditors. She is General Manager of AIFI, the Italian Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association. In 2015 she founded the VentureUp portal, a site promoted by AIFI and Fondo Italiano di Investimento to support those who want to launch a startup and finance it. She is President of HIT (Trentino Innovation Hub) S.c.a.r.l. and Board Member of IBAN (Italian Business Angels Association). She is and independent Board Member of Fondo Italiano di Investimento, Banca Generali S.p.A., Generfid S.p.A., LU-VE S.p.A. and Sol S.p.A, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange. She is a member of the Evaluation Board of the Foundation at Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo Da Vinci. She is a member of the Politecnico Consortium of Turin – Socio-Economic System.
